Shipping & Postage

We aim to ship orders within 5 business days from when your order is placed.

Please ensure your contact information is correctly entered at checkout to receive your order and tracking details.

If you need to change or cancel your order please ensure this is done within 3 hours from when you placed your order.

Tracking is applied to all deliveries and we use a couple of different courier services including Aramax (ex Fastway) and NZ Post.
